Do you charge a sign-up or cancellation fee?
There is absolutely no sign-up fee to become a member! Plus you can cancel at any time for free.
When do I get my free play credits?
When you sign up to become a member, you will be charged the first recurring payment and will receive your free play credits immediately! Don’t worry if you don’t use them all before your next payment, they will roll over!
How can I see the number of free play credits I have?
You can view your free play credits in your My Account Dashboard.
Do my credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
Yes! Your leftover free play credits will roll over into the next billing cycle and be added to the amount you receive at Membership renewal.
How do Plan Upgrades work?
If you want to upgrade your Membership Plan, you won’t be charged the new Membership Fee or receive your credits until the next billing cycle.
How do Plan Downgrades work?
If you want to downgrade your Membership Plan, you won’t be charged anything or receive any new credits until the next billing cycle.
Will I lose my credits if I cancel my Membership?
Yes, if you cancel your subscription you will lose any unused free play credits you have remaining. If you would like to place a temporary pause on your Membership Plan in order to retain your existing credits, please call us at (859) 414-6711.
